National visa information system (N.VIS) serves as a prime national system, that collects necessary data for issuing Schengen Visa. N.VIS is connected to Central Visa information system (C.VIS) and provides means to exchange data with it. System provides functionality that allows external service providers and foreigners to electronically apply for visa, manages exchange of data between electronic application website and N.VIS, which manages exchange of data with C.VIS. N.VIS helps a consular office to better organize its time, manage visitors’ traffic.
