ESKIS is one-stop-shop system for various electronic services: education, consulting and information services. Therefore, it is the Lithuania taxpayers service central axis. The system provides the means for e-service providers to integration other information systems required for services provisioning. Taxpayers could access their electronic cards, change registration data contained therein, submit various requests (e.g., to pay back a tax overpayment, to issue or renew business license), complaints, to participate in e-seminars, and e-conferences. A digital assistant and electronic service guide helps to search for information on the portal.
